Accessing Appellate Opinions

Appellate opinions are available online through Alalinc, the State Law Library's Legal Information Network. Alalinc is a subscription Internet service, so it not only serves as your ISP and email provider, but also as your access point to all Alabama Appellate Court opinions (by the end of business the day they are released), 11th Circuit Court of Appeals opinions, the U.S. Supreme Court opinions, and The Electric Library (unlimited access).

At $200 per year (that's less than $17 per month!), it's a great way to have a volume of legal information at your fingertips.
