Judicial Building Front   Welcome to the Alabama Judicial System Online. The Judicial Building, located in downtown Montgomery, is home to the state's Supreme Court, Court of Civil Appeals, Court of Criminal Appeals, State Law Library, and Administrative Office of Courts (which oversees the trial courts).

The court and clerk offices' hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and the State Law Library's hours are 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. After 5:00 p.m., briefs may be filed in the State Law Library.
